Product Description Trailer concrete pump (motor) The system is open circuit type electrical-hydraulic control . The system is open circuit type electrical-hydraulic control and interlocks with the distributing system (normally if distributing valve does not arrive at correct position, the main oil cylinder is only waiting) thus to avoid pump blocked. The main system has high/low pressure automatic change-over device which can be arbitrarily changed over during pumping. It is suitable for concrete grade higher than C20, max. Horizontal conveying distance: 682m, max. Vertical conveying distance: 195m. 1. Concrete theory output is 70m3/h. The main system has high/low pressure change-over valve. The high/low pressure can be changed-over with a switch on the panel. 2. Main motor: 90kW/1470rpm, main oil cylinder: 125/80 x 1600, concrete cylinder: 200 x 1600, concrete pressure at outlet: low pressure: 7.4***, high pressure: 13.3***. 3. The design for hydraulic system is single pump double circuit electrical-hydraulic directional control. The main oil pump adopts a constant power high pressure plunger pump model: A8V107 or K3V112, max. Output: 224ml/r. 4.Hydraulic and electrical components adopt international famous brand products: valve: product form Vigersh or Pike; hydraulic auxiliary: product from Pike, Manuli and Sidfu; electrical component: product from Shinaron or Omron. 5.The distributing valve is designed as admirable skirt structure which can meet different grade concrete. The hopper body made with whole cast wear-resistant alloy with wear ability of several times of traditional material 16Mn, the hopper inner is combined of sphere and sector, its concrete absorption can reach more than 90%
